Turbo hand blasters-The Blue turbo rangers personal weapon. They are large, one-handed blue blasters. It can fire a powerful blast of energy. It becomes the sides of the Turbo R.A.M cannon.
Turbo kart- quick and lightweight go-karts that have blasters mounted on them, perfect for chasing off monsters.
Storm Blaster-a sentient car of extra-terrestrial origin. The Storm Blaster is a rugged jeep that can operate on both paved roads as well as rougher terrain. Storm Blaster normally carries the Turbine Laser on top. The Storm Blaster also has a winch with an extremely powerful cable that it can use to tow heavy loads or even itself.
Zords:Mountain Blaster-The blue Turbo rangers main personal zord. It is a rugged 4x4 Jeep that forms the torso of the Turbo Megazord.
Siren Blaster rescue zord-he Siren Blaster is a police car zord. Robot form is a police officer capable of firing sonic blasts from its chestplate. Forms the lower torso, thighs, and upper legs of the rescue megazord.

Personality: Sam like his predecessor and ancestor Justin Stewart is highly intelligent but not in the same way that Justin was. While Justin was a wiz with things that involved scholastic learning Sam is a genius with all things mechanical especially vehicles. Sam's brilliant mind wasn't the only thing he inherited from Justin. He also inherited the previous Blue Turbo rangers kind heart,sense of right and wrong and his hardcore work ethic. If a customer comes to his garage to get their vehicle fixed due to personal reasons like having to spend the money on their kids Sam will gladly let them make a payment plan,work off the debt or pay him in some other manner.
Sam also is an advocate for orphanages and foster programs due to his love for his paraplegic 14 year old adopted daughter Jasmine. This love has also gave Sam something worth fighting for as a ranger which was why he took up the mantle of the Blue Turbo ranger as well as a reason to take part in disability programs and fundraisers so that he could become his daughters hero both when the helmet is on and when it's off. Sam isn't all smiles however. If you try to harm his daughter, his friends or mess with his vehicles he will gladly send you to the scrap heap. There is nothing he hates more then a bully and won't hesitate to put one in their place.
History: Like most of the new generation of Power Rangers Sam Stewart was born into the life. Unlike them however his predecessor Justin Stewart had only been on a single team for about a year or so and so when it came time for Sam to be the new guardian of the blue Turbo powers and the sentient jeep Storm Blaster he wasn't expected to do super hardcore training which allowed Sam to go about a normal life as a normal kid. This didn't mean however that he didn't train so that he could defend himself.
Sam knew from a very early age that he had an ancestor that was a genius Power Ranger and so he tried from the age he started elementary school to live up to the ranger standard of always doing the right thing and trying to do well in school but sadly Sam hadn't inherited Justin's genius mind like he had his kind heart. This being said as he entered middle school and started his auto body class it became crystal clear that Sam had a gift for fixing vehicles and building things. By the time that he was old enough to drive he had helped a few of his class mates build their own cars for money. Sam decided once he graduated to take that money and use it to open up his own auto body garage in Angel Grove.
Sam's garage which he dubbed "Turbo auto body" did reasonably well since it was quite the big city and the name Turbo seemed to give people a large feeling of nostalgia. When Sam turned 25 however he began to feel like something important was missing in his life. He needed companionship from something that wasn't a sentient jeep and so he went down to the local orphanage to see about adopting. It took about an hour but Sam found the perfect young girl that he wanted to give a home. As he entered the orphanages rec room and saw all the kids playing he noticed a young 9 year old blonde who was sitting all by herself in an analog wheel chair.
Sam who wanted to make sure that the young girl didn't feel alone or left out walked up to her and gave her his best smile. He then asked her why she was sitting in the corner all alone while everyone else was having fun playing. Jasmine as she called herself said that thanks to her born given paralysis a lot of the kids didn't want to play with her and those who did want to play with her she couldn't keep up with in her analog wheel chair. This caused Sam to give her a gentle gaze and tell her he'd be right back.
As soon as Sam walked away from the young girl he quickly found the orphanage director who told him that Jasmine's mother had died shortly after her birth thanks to complications and that her father didn't want a disabled daughter and so Jasmine had been in the orphanage her entire life but thanks to limited funding the orphanage couldn't afford nicer things for her like an electric wheel chair. This was the last bit of info he needed! Sam quickly filled out all of the proper paperwork and then walked back over to Jasmine and delivered the good news that changed both of their lives for the better.
Jasmine turned out to be as smart as a whip and never seemed to miss a trick and so within their first year of living together while Sam was designing and building her an electronic wheel chair with a hovering function for stairs she realized that the large blue Jeep that her new dad called Storm Blaster never seemed to get dirty or dinged up in the slightest and how sometimes when her dad was speaking the lights would flash as if it was speaking back. She was so interested by this mystery that during that night she sneaked down to the garage and befriended the sentient jeep and asked it what her dad was hiding. That was when Storm Blaster opened it's glove compartment to show the blue turbo morpher.
A week later Sam came clean but promised that he would never put her in danger by having her be the child of a Power Ranger who was always in combat. This position would change however in 4 years once Jasmine turned 14 and the massive attack on the city happened and the call went out for all current rangers to come and help. Sam is now ashamed to say that he didn't answer that call because he wanted to keep Jasmine safe. Once the fighting was over and school resumed Sam saw how Jasmine took interest in Wheel Chair basket ball but was nervous about being judged. As a compromise Sam told Jasmine that if she went out of her comfort zone and joined the Wheel chair basket ball team he would finally fulfill his responsibility and become the Blue Turbo Ranger and with a handshake from his daughter the deal was struck and the blue Turbo Ranger returned to Angel Grove.
