Personality: Celeste is the type of girl that you would see either at the school or town library and occasionally at the comic book store. She doesn't write for the school's newspaper since she much prefers to stay on top of her schoolwork. She does have a charming attribute to her and she does have a tendency to flirt. When she does flirt it is only with the guy she has a crush on. She is someone who does have a few secrets and she will only reveal certain things to certain people. There is a free spirit to her though.
For the people that know her they would assume that she is either a hippie or a nerd. She isn't either of those things and for the ones that do know her know she is someone who will stick by your side and defend you if anyone were to bully you. She would do anything for her friends and family. She does get sassy and feisty if someone messes with her friends or family. She will make it clear that it is never a good idea to pick on the people that she cares about. She does consider herself to be a confident person.
History: Celeste Rae Vesper or Celeste Vesper was born to her parents Jackson Vesper and Coraline Vesper on the planet of KO-35. Ever since she was a little girl she was told that she would live a normal life by her parents. As she was growing up she doubted whether or not her parents were telling the truth. She thought that maybe she was meant for something more but she wasn't sure what that was. When she was just fifteen or sixteen she was separated from her parents and told to board this spaceship. The spaceship then brought her to Angel Grove and on that ship she met an unlikely friend which was Andy.
She was going to have to go to a new school on a new planet. She was terrified at first that she wasn't going to make it in her new surroundings. She knew that she was going to have to believe in herself and be the strong girl that she is. She figured that she must have been sent to a new planet for a reason. Little did she know that her life was going to change. When she was aboard the spaceship her parents went to Andy's parents who were training him to become the red ranger and asked them for the pink ranger morpher.
