Carina Jaeger-Torres (nee Joy) is Cassius's wife and fellow doctor. She is kind to everyone she meets, but she won't stand for injustice. She met Cassius during her intern year and they fell in love almost instantly. They've been through a lot together, including the death of a child, but rather than driving them apart, it's brought them together.
As far as personality goes, she is friendly and warm, the sort of person that you would want to have as a friend. She is trustworthy, honest, and fair, and she won't tolerate anyone who isn't.
